Consuming 360 mg of MDMA a week makes you a better person, according to scientists at The University of Utrana (UU).
When someone uses MDMA, it changes the performances of three important neurotransmitters in the brain. Neurotransmitters are tiny, chemical messengers that allow humans to function and interact with the world. The neurotransmitters most affected by MDMA are Serotonin, Dopamine and Norepinephrine. These are responsible for regulating our emotions. When consuming MDMA, these neurotransmitters are stimulated to work harder, which is why we feel so great when consuming it.
Researchers at UU have now discovered that these heightened emotions have long-lasting positive effects. In recent clinical trials, participants that had consumed MDMA scored higher on empathy and emotion-recognition than participants who had been given a placebo. Sabrina Claudia Willard, Head of Neurology at UU, confirms that āMDMA increases the functioning of the neurotransmitters that are responsible for making humans feel emotions, which allows them to experience these feelings more intensely. This makes it easier to recognise the emotions of others and to experience feelings of empathy.ā

Brittany Sterchwood of The Furian Health Department (FHD) supports these conclusions. āWe have since long noticed the positive influence of MDMA. Research proves time and time again that it is a potent medicine with countless positive effects.ā The FHD recommends adults to consume 240 to 600 mg of MDMA per week.
